Service Team members are volunteers that support troops and leaders in the following ways:
Service Unit Manager
Chief administrative volunteer in the service unit. Promotes, guides, and directs Girl Scouting in the service unit in partnership with the council membership and marketing unit.

Registrar
Helps leaders with troop registration forms. Receives and turns in registrations. Assists organizer/recruiter in follow-up of girls not re-registering. Helps with ID numbers and transfers.
Renee S.
Organizer/Recruiter
Helps recruit new leaders and girls. Places girls and leaders in troops. Reorganizes troops when necessary. Holds parent meetings if requested. Helps troops get started.

Product Sales Consultant
Interprets and promotes product sales (fall sale and cookie sale), informs of due dates, and helps leaders understand the benefits of the sale to the council and to group program.

Training Consultant
Promotes and interprets the training available in the council. Helps leaders select and register for training to meet their needs and interests. Requests courses and records of training taken. Signs troop camp application.

Records meeting minutes, maintains service unit roster, notifies service unit of meetings, and maintains records.

Treasurer
Maintains financial reports and bank account for the service unit. Assists group leaders with opening bank accounts and filing Annual Financial Reports.
Chris I.
Camp Consultant
Is knowledgeable about and promotes all aspects of camping in the council year-round. Helps leaders with applications and information regarding council-owned sites.
Katherine "Kitty" T.
Annual Giving Coordinator
Helps develop, implement, and report on the plan for the Annual Giving Campaign in the service unit. Interprets the need for annual giving and promotes participation of all Girl Scout families and friends.

Community Relations Representative
Provides information about Girl Scouting to the media sources. Helps interpret and promote Girl Scouting to the community. Helps council director of communication in distributing news releases.

Organizes service unit service projects and helps individual troops identify service opportunities.
Terry S.
Program/Age Level Consultant
Provides on-going advice and encouragement to leaders in matters of group program, information or problems. Leads age level roundtables at service unit meetings. Establishes a supportive relationship with leaders. Promotes and supports Council sponsored programs.
Jackie Mc.
New Leader Consultant
Ensures new leaders feel supported in the service unit and are prepared to deliver the Girl Scout program. Manages the mentor process by recruiting, matching mentors with new leaders, and ensuring new leaders are oriented to the service unit.
Ruth B.
"Lock 'n Store" Storage Coordinator
Responsible for contents of storage unit rented by TME to store non-perishable supplies (scissors, glue, paper, craft and paper supplies leftover after events, etc.) and equipment purchased by the service unit.
